Thursday

• Teams should arrive 15-30 minutes before their first game.
• Team check-in on arrival. Please look for Kyaw Min. 
• Drinks will be sold.
• Anyone part of the ISY community is allowed to come & watch for free.

Rules & Regulations

• Games will be played with official FIBA 3×3 Rules
• 2 teams, 1 hoop
• 3 Pointers = 2 points, 2 pointers = 1 point
• 10-minute game, with no break after scoring, no half-time, and no quarters.
• The game is over when a team reaches 21 points before 10 minutes is up.
• During overtime, the first team to score 2 points wins. 
• When the opposing team scores, simply take the ball outside the 3-point line or pass the ball to a teammate. Make sure to have both your feet outside the 3-point line before attacking again. 
• Running clock except during timeouts and knock-out rounds.
• Please be respectful to our student referees.

• Teams should wear shirts of a similar color on game day for uniformity.

Tournament Format

• 1 Pool of 5 teams, each team will play every other team once (group stage). 
• Every team is guaranteed to play 4 games on Thursday. 
• The top 4 will advance to knockout rounds for the semi-final and final games. 
• No 3rd place games. 

Prizes & Awards

• Each player from the championship team will receive a trophy
• Runner-ups will receive certificates
• MVP medals will also be awarded for sportsmanship and performance.
